The current central framework

The Government of India’s 30 April 2026 explanation says the online gaming rules take effect on 1 May 2026. It describes a national prohibition on online money games, including promotion and facilitation, regardless of whether a game involves skill or chance. Ask what the service actually does

For any service, record whether users place money or financial stakes, what can be won, whether credits can be redeemed, who operates it and what determination or registration evidence is published. Labels such as “social”, “skill”, “Gold” or “entertainment” do not settle those questions.

Offline teaching with ordinary cards and no financial stake is the learning activity covered by our exercises. It is not a route to a money-game service. This distinction also explains why our download endpoint currently contains no APK or outbound mirror.
